Two challenging rock hops, some decided to take a step or two in shallower water (3 or 4 inches deep) instead. |

Mosquitoes in the shade and swarming black flies in the sun, all biting. |

 | Comments: |
Bushwhacked with a group of five from the drainage just around the corner from the "Rock with the Stepping Stones". Challenging bushwhack made more so by the inability to stop and rest without being eaten alive. Black flies especially nasty while trying to enjoy the views from the talus field. |
