Comments
Comments: The Lonesome Lake trail, very consolidated after Monday's rain was in good condition. The Fishin' Jimmy Tr. was full of fallen debris that was frozen to the trail and had quite a few blowdowns. The icy ledges and steeps, icy gullys and the trail itself can be negotiated with just microspikes or snowshoes with good traction on the way up. Crampons were helpful on the way down. The Mount Kinsman Tr. was hard packed and crusty, in good shape ok for microspikes or snowshoes.
