Comments
Comments: I'd guess the summit temps were mid-40s with the windchill. I saw two different families of four heading up across the ridge in T-shirts and shorts with no extra gear. I hope they made it to Greenleaf in time to warm up. If it had rained (it looked like it was going to at one point) they would have been in real bad shape. I was wearing shorts, a down jacket, hat and light gloves and I was still a little cold after sitting on Haystack for 45 minutes.
