Comments
Comments: Nicer day than expected and blue skies appeared soon and stayed til after South Carter. Lots of "bendovers" to get under near South & Middle Carter. Never seen that much heavy snow /ice on the tree tops. Never used snowshoes, but could use them if you wanted to on CM trail. Freezing rain for just the last 20 min. All in all, a super day with Jerry, Steve & Basil. #40, 41 & 42 winter peaks for Jerry since turning 75 two years ago! Nice to meet Peesalot, (won't forget that name) & Russ on the way, very pleasant to talk with & a couple of others in & around the Dome.
