Comments
Comments: Summer was here, with summer hiker #'s on the O.B.P./Falling Waters loop. Out past Haystack was deserted 'til just before the jct. for Liberty. Quite a few went on to Flume, and after talking with some folks who had come up Flume Slide I decided to go down that way. There are several herd paths left & right of the trail that helped on the steepest, wettest ledges. Should have carried more than 40 oz. of water!

12.9 miles, 5:44 today. Never put my shirt on - Glad to be up there in such gorgeous weather.
