What the heck...lets do 2. After better weather than expected in morning we hit Starr King TRail in the afternoon. Nice wildflowers through the hardwoods section..started to rain above the spring and it was pretty damp with some breeze over to Waumbek and back..very dark and cool in the spooky moss tree section. Very nice. Once out of the spruce into the hardwoods on descent it seemed so bright though still a bit of drizzle. It was warm enougb today that any rain was of no particular issue. The trillium were amazing along this trail. Nice Double Hit and Run on a less than perfect day with Valerie |
