Comments
Comments: presi day for sure but other commitments kept me to the Hancocks today, Glorious day out.. Long stretches of soft dry trail..some mud in the usual places.. little in the way of flowers but saw some clintonia, trout lilly and hobblebush unfurling its leaves. scattered monorail and ice up south and along the ridge but no need for traction today..good thing..mine is in the basement for the duration. several folks on the trail and much new gear evident including 2 seperate couples in matching pants shirts and packs..
