Comments
Comments: saw it all today..some sun down below on a wet trailbed . crossings easily done with some wet boots. above bald knob spur some spotty sleet started up..fresh coating of snow above 3000 feet up to an inch or so which provided good traction on spotty ice monorail. a bit windy on the ridge in with very wintry conditions with blowing sleet in places though over on south the skies cleared and we lingered for 20 minutes with long ranging views. I put on light traction for descent which balled up a little but no big deal. Very windy on bald knob but always worth the side trip..also got a nice look at the flume which was running well. thanks Becca for a great day out..pics to follow
