 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
After doing some research, I believe the trailhead is not actually closed. Apparently it was closed briefly for work on the parking lot but the sign on the downed signboard was not changed. Anyway, nice big lot with room for at least a dozen cars if parked carefully but I wasn't sure how to park - nobody else there so it didn't really matter how to pull the car in |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Nice signposts once on-trail but trailhead (Mraz Trailhead, off Bald Hill Road) is kinda confusing. I found trailhead lot using Gaia, and once I pulled into lot, there was a trail map kiosk lying on ground, covered with leaves. I wasn't sure what was going on, but, when I brushed off leaves, a sign said lot was closed until further notice... what the heck???? The lot was not roped off or anything so I took my chances and booted up |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Signs say doggies must be on-leash because there may be livestock in fields. I didn't see any livestock or fencing for livestock but gotta follow the signs. |

Wow - terrific area - great trailrunning because things are just nicely gently rolling. Lots of beautiful old stone walls and woods roads. Excellent footing and super pleasant. I guess I did around 3.5 miles in a nice big loop. Went across lots of nice bridges. Startled an owl! |
