A few blowdowns on FR93B (aka Mill Brook Spur B) but nothing too challenging. The forest road gets increasingly overgrown and the growth is significant (hip-high) in a couple of open (logging) areas. |

 | Comments: |
Went off FR93B about 0.1 mile after a bridge (before Currier Mountain's NW Ridge) and entered an old skidder road which appears to go all the way to the saddle between Currier and Dartmouth. It is, however, very overgrown (waist-high) and pretty tedious. Tacked into the woods (open and much better) closer to the NW ridge.
The last 0.1 mile is steep and there is a spruce band which seems unavoidable.
The route between the summit and the saddle looks like it is littered with blowdowns.
Canister content was completely soaked and has now been replaced. |
