	Parking/Access Road Notes:	Wow did I luck out. I slept in until 4:30a today so I wasn't at the trailhead until 8:15a and was only the 4th car in the lot! When I finished there were a lot more cars but still plenty of room.

	Surface Conditions:	Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

	Water Crossing Notes:	N/A thanks to the spiffiest man made bridges.

	Trail Maintenance Notes:	Nothing notable

	Dog-Related Notes:	I saw 2 good doggos today having a great hike. This is a really nice route for dogs.

	Bugs:	There were flying things flying around but not biting. The summit was totally bug free which was a really nice change.

	Lost and Found:	I remembered to check the kiosk but there are no lost items there. So nothing lost and nothing found


	Comments:	The weather was too good to pass up another day so I rolled out of bed and opted for something easier since yesterday was a long day. The trail to the summit was quiet and I passed only a handful of people. There were some thru hikers making their way south. The trail was mostly dry with the usual wet and slightly soupy muddy areas. The rocks are nicely placed so you can avoid mostly getting your feet wet. On my descent I passed so many people. Some families, some couples, and some larger groups. Everyone was really friendly. I must have been asked how far it was to the summit at least 5 times. One PSA: folks please don't take your breaks sitting in the middle of the trail. When you are a group of 4 and decide to sit on the flat rocks in the middle of the trail, not only do you block the trail but you are literally sitting where hikers need to put their feet. Nuff said. It was a really nice morning but I REALLY missed my LGH gang. Today was positively boring in comparison to yesterday. :)
