Bugs: Some black flies higher up, not really annoying though.

Lost and Found: Nothing seen. 
 
Comments
Comments: Trail is wet in a couple of spots, a bit of running water here and there, nothing bad. Stairs as mentioned in rough shape. Willey Ridge trail is pretty relentless on the last mile to Willey, lots of hand over hand climbing, steep.
