Parked at the end of Conner Brook Road I was the only one parked there all day.Good road access to the parking area. |

All water crossings were very easy. |

There were 3 blowdowns about 2.5 to 3 miles in from the trail head. |

 | Bugs: |
Lots of deer flies on the logging road for the first two miles. Once past that on the wooded trail very minimal bugs, mainly mosquitos in the wet areas. |

Great hike overall. I was the only hiker on the trail today, didn't meet anyone even at the summit. Kenduskeag trail was a bit overgrown in a few areas especially in the low scrub areas (was hard to see my feet through that section). Note: The logging road starts out with lots of thick ankle high grass for the first 1.5 miles then there are lots of waist high plants and bushes to wade through till you hit the forest trail. |
