Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at Cascade Wayside. Large lot plenty of room. Carspot at Gated Balsams Entrance. Parking in the turnout

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail in great shape. Well blazed and signed. I removed two smaller blowdowns and trimmed but couldnt remove a few branches from a small mass (4) of blowdowns located .6 miles from the Sanguinary Summit Trail. Not large diameter but was carrying a smaller saw today.

Comments: Very Picturesque hike today along the ridge with many outlooks. Descending towards the Balsams there is a short section that was a bit sketchy with loose shaley ledge. Ive never taken more photos on such a short hike.
