Comments
Comments: Huge thanks to Luke, my partner in crime, for keeping me company as I work to clean up another project. We had no views and wet trails but laughed so much that none of it mattered. With the rain the previous night and early morning plus the humidity, all the rocks were wet and slick and the trail was muddier and wetter than usual. Webster-Cliff trail to the summit of Pierce was smooth sailing. We picked up Diana on Pierce and she joined us for the rest of the morning and was such a great addition to our little crew. Heading over to Eisenhower, there were more areas of standing water and mud but the rocks placed in the worst areas allowed us to miss most of it. The Eisenhower Loop was smooth sailing. The skies cleared as we got closer to our cars so hopefully the rest of the folks on the trail had the views we missed out on. It's all good and it was a pretty stellar day regardless.
