Water Crossing Notes: Sucker Brook is low, an easy rock hop across. The many small brooks along the trail were also dry, although with a heavy rain I can see that the trail could be one stream of water in many places.

Comments: First time on this trail, nice variation of a steep section alternating with a flat stretch. Aside from a few rocky areas, the trail was soft underfoot.
Fire tower footings were big! Ate lunch on the stairway to nowhere.
