Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: I drove all the way to the end of the spur road to the SW of the peak. We saw a good looking logging road from the bend in the spur road, but unsure of where that would lead, elected to keep driving.

Comments
Comments: This one was more annoying than I expected. Logging is recent enough not to appear on sat imagery, but old enough to have unpleasant low growth and prickers.

We found a decent route up, mostly sticking to woods crossing logged regrowth stretches. Crossed one logging road heading SE that didn't look miserably overgrown, which was maybe the continuation of the road we saw from the bend in the spur road? False summit on the southern edge of the peak, before finding the obvious true summit further north. Blow downs weren't awful. Cannister has no writing implement and I didn't have one with me, so no sign in.

Descending we skirted the false peak to the west and that was a mistake leading us to pricker fields. Should have retraced my ascent line.

30 mins up, 20 mins down.
