Hiked the old ski area at White's Pinnacle via the new mountain bike trail system at Mountain Lakes District Community in Woodsville. There is a large parking area and a kiosk with a map at the base of the pinnacle. Up & down via the MB uphill “Climb It” trail. Nice wide but steep logging/ woods road, recently brushhogged. Summit is viewless. At the top are the concrete remains of the old ski area lift structure, and some lawn furniture. Did not take the downhill black diamond-rated mountain bike trails to avoid conflict on those narrow trails with bicycles. |
