The trailhead sign is enjoying its new life as a hanging post. A croc, a shirt or two, and probably more but didn’t investigate. |

Trail is wet and muddy. Trail work has been done recently on the water bars and clearing of downed trees. It’s muddy in many spots but that’s the name of the game right now with all of the rain lately. There’s a hornets nest somewhere around 0.2 miles after Starr King going towards Waumbek on Kilkenny Ridge Trail. Couldn’t locate it and didn’t stick around to see where it was but could hear them. |
