Comments
Comments: I write this mostly to bump the peak to the top of the search results when you search for 'Bald Mountain', as it took me awhile to figure out the 'Bald Mountain (Stark)' search term and it was off the page when searching without 'Stark' included.

Easy hike following the trails. Lamphere trail is overgrown in places, but not hard to follow. The herd path leaves the main trail at the logical spot where there's a little southern bump in the Cohos trail, NW of the peak. Easy to follow - a little reminiscent of Brutus with some slick footing at times. Easiest path to the true summit is to go up from the 1st ledge, not around.
