 | Comments: |
We finally lucked out and got a perfect summer weekend for hiking and a hut stay. This was the final hit I had never stayed in so that little list is complete. Gale River Trail is a gem. The first 3.5-ish miles are easy cruising with a generally good footbed and little elevation. The last 1.5 or so miles to the hut pack in all the elevation gain for this hike. |
