Comments
Comments: Rocky Branch was it's usual ditch of running water on both sides of the height of land. We bushwhacked over the top of Rocky Branch Ridge which added some elevation but was perfectly dry. Davis Path to Isolation had some remaining monorail but traction was not needed. We cleaned several blow downs on Davis Path between Isolation and Davis Spur. Our bushwhack route from the col between Isolation and Davis was a beauty. Several areas of thick vegetation but we made it easily down to the second (from the south) water crossing of the Rocky Branch trail.
