Trail Maintenance Notes: There were some step overs. Maybe 5-6.

Dog-Related Notes: One dog today. Well behaved and focused on hiking.

Comments: Nice day to hike Moriah. There was a small section of ice at ~ 3,600 or 3,700 ft. I used spikes for ~ 75 feet. Most did not for this section.
There was more consistent ice a a little higher up. Spikes went back on and stayed on until I was back down below the ice. There was a short monorail just below the summit. Beautiful views from the summit. Glad I made it back to the car before the rain!
Saw my first red trillium this spring!
