Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of spots all day at Lincoln Woods. This will be very different soon.

Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Rock hoppable with a little imagination, but I've fully embraced wading to shock my system into going faster.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: You should never, ever maintain bushwhacks. But if you wanted to, you'd find plenty of 8" - 14" blow downs on each of these to practice hand saw cutting on. And a few spots on Lincoln Brook as well.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: One very friendly trail running dog.
Bugs
Bugs: Nope!

Comments
Comments: Conditions are really fast right now. Lincoln Woods is mostly dry. Bushwhacks are somewhat muddy, but most is easy to avoid. Brutus was in very good shape for spring time. Ice is minimal and avoidable.

The water crossings aren't bad, but you will need to think about them. Bring some crocs and you'll be find.
