There is no access to the parking lot near the tram - doing construction work on overpass at exit. Had to park in the lot on the west side of Route 93 just south of the exit. We used a blue blazed trail (Pemi Trail?) that went along the west side of the pond and accessed the Kinsman Ridge Trailhead that way. |

There were a couple of blowdowns that we removed. |

Lost a small blue nalgene bottle filled with easter candy. Finders keepers. |

 | Comments: |
We barebooted up to about 2800 and then put on microspikes and kept them on up to the summit and then back down to about 2300. There was an ice field at about 3100 that required either traction or going off trail - microspikes were fine. We started at about 2:30 and had the entire mountain to ourselves. |
