Comments
Comments: We only encountered snow above 2,500 feet and it was about 2 inches of new snow on top of a solid monorail above that. The Firewarden's trail is easy to follow. The turn-off from the North Twin herd path past the first crossing is marked by two stone cairns. The birchglade is a great treat as always. No need to carry snowshoes. It was great to hike again with Ned.
