Comments
Comments: Greeley ponds Trail packed out and smooth sailing..osceola trail to the steeps packed out. A bit looser and unconsolidated in the steeps sections and the "slide" section a bit unnerving after a slip..last couple of chutes to the summit more windblown and good footing. Some used crampons some snowshoes on chimney bypass..I found ice axe helpful for a handhold. we continued down osceola trail following snowdancer and comerade's tracks and rebroke out 8-10 inches of snow near the top..much less down below and enjoyed the groomed surface on tripoli road for the walk out..Thanks for the car spot Val!!!
