Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at the liberty Spring parking lot. Lots of spaces. Cleared.

Surface Conditions: Snow/Ice - Postholes

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Small brooks/streams down low starting to become uncovered, but still crossable 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: I know how I had seen a report that the crossing from liberty to flume had a tree that was causing problems, but I saw a freshly cut tree and there were no other problems care of 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw several well-behaved pups today 
Bugs
Bugs: The snow fleas seemed to love the post holes. I did see one mosquito. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: There are several metal drink container containers at the sign in the par 
 
Comments
Comments: It was a great day to be out, but by the time I came back with all the people that came after me not using their snow shoes post holes had increased significantly. There is one spot as you drop off liberty over to flume that is melting and has a steep rock face that will become a problem once that’s all melted. If you’ve liked it before you probably know the spot.
