Comments: Trail was great til Avalon junction. Then it was a disaster. Lots if post holes. And we were post holing with our snowshoes on. Many people without snowshoes, I don't know how you can hike that way. They were post holing up to their thighs. Conditions will only get worse with the warmth the next few days.
