A midday leg stretcher after the morning clouds moved out.
Old Mountain Road had been booted, snowshoed, and skied, and the track was pretty good. The ridge was a bit rougher with some postholes and uneven footing. I saw two other folks who were doing fine in spikes but I went with snowshoes round-trip.
The view from the outlook was super in the bright sun but the cold wind was a bit biting. |
