Ascended anti-clockwise intending to do the loop but as of 10:30a on 2/27 the trail was not broken out beyond the Hedgehog summit. I didn’t feel like risking it solo so I went down the way I came up. The trail otherwise is great, packed nicely albeit kinda loose up top. I thought it was packed down enough to use micro spikes but was still scolded by a snowshoer. So wear whatever serves. A beautiful morning. |
