Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There are a few trees that are low hanging and require ducking on Gale River trail. Frost trail is a tight squeeze. We left our packs at the hut to make it a little easier to squeeze through the tough spots. I still took some branches to the face more than a few times and there was a lot of yelling, "Ow," in that section.

Comments
Comments: The trails are in nice shape. We used snowshoes all day as the trail was still soft and up higher particularly on the Twinway it was more unconsolidated. The trees had dumped snow bombs yesterday so we smooshed them out as best we could. This report will self-destruct as of tomorrow morning when everything needs to be re-broken but there is a very solid base which should help. No tracks were seen headed to North Twin so it doesn't look like anyone took on that Herculean task. It was another great day with Steph to grab 2 more peaks we both needed for one list or another.
