 | Comments: |
Our group (7 to start, 4 to finish as a few folks needed to cut out early), snowshoed all the trails and visited both trailed summits within the Cogswell Mtn. Conservation Area in Gilmanton.
The red trail has been packed down solid by snowmobiles and a few sledders were out today. All of the other trails had seen snowshoe traffic but were still soft. Things started to get sticky around midday as the temps rose. 'Shoes are the best tool right now.
Thanks to the Gilmanton Conservation Commission for this gem of an area! |
