Comments
Comments: Generally about half a foot of powder from yesterday's storm. Building up decent snowpack at this point.

Old Mountain Road had some postholes (fortunately postholer didn't make it beyond the height of land; probably didn't help that they postholed into running water at one point). Looks like it had been snowmobiled prior to the storm.

Crawford Ridgepole was heavily drifted. Short wind tunnel stretch is scouring to bare ground as usual, but deep drifts above there. Stonewall is disappearing into the snowpack. I broke out to the summit, but my tracks were already drifting over.

Fortunately for Old Mountain Road, the only three folks out today were in snowshoes. Just my tracks thereafter.

Partly sunny afternoon with steady winds and temperatures in the upper 20s.
