Comments
Comments: I told myself if the flume slide trail was had some signs of being broken out I would do the loop and that it was. The slide trail was smooth until you get around 3000' and it is like climbing a ladder all the way to about 4100', I can't imagine someone getting down safely in the winter time. Once on top it was smooth sailing from there as the trail was all packed down with tracks from about 2-3 people. I was planning to stay over night but felt under the weather as the hike progressed which was a good thing because I didn't notice my tent poles fell off my pack til I reached my truck.
