Comments
Comments: Side trails have seen very little use, so some are still not even packed down for snowshoe standards. Mt. Prospect Trail is bootpacked for the first half, but increasingly choppy higher up from Microspike use, including pockmarks and postholes after the first viewpoint. Snowshoes are the way to go and fortunately many folks are still using them.

Sunny afternoon with temperatures in the upper 20s.
