Solid snowpack all the way up to the summit of Jackson, slightly unstable between there and the hut, so snowshoes are recommended but not essential, we did see a family of 3 in microspikes who seemed to be doing alright. Very well packed from Pierce down to the Highland Center. Great day, great hike |
