| Comments: |
Brought snowshoes and microspikes along for the ride but they stayed in my pack, bareboots the entire time. The Open ledge section ascending East Peak had well packed snow like stairs to take on the left side, or you could go slighlty off trail and ascend dry rock up the ledge, both ways were fairly easy. The Chimney section was dry except for a couple small patches of avoidable ice. The Bypass was dry and clear as well. The monorail was stable on the ridge. |
