Beautiful day to hike. Mostly sunny.Crawford Path started out with small patches of snow/ice that were easily avoided. After the Mizpah Cutoff, I put on microspikes, as there more and larger icy patches.
Leaving Pierce, I took off microspikes and barebooted to Eisenhower. Still a fair amount of snow that was solid in places and softening in other areas. Views from Eisenhower were spectacular. |
