Comments
Comments: Thanks for breaking trail Eliza (see other Sun 1/18 report)! We used spikes for the first mile or two then some of us switched to snowshoes. Had a few pairs of snowshoes on the way down packing the trail - should be in pretty good shape now. Met a couple guys at the hut who were traversing from the Twins (which makes I think 4 people who packed out Twinway between Galehead and the Twins on Sunday). As of 2pm Sunday Garfield Ridge Trail to Garfield was not broken.
