 | Comments: |
~5in of unpacked snow over otherwise good boot pack. Fir trees weighted down by heavy snow and ice making for wet breaking of trail. Saw another group coming up and trail will be well packed after they come down. Stopped around blue mountain, snowed all the way up and didn’t look like it would let up. Wore spikes entire time, could have put on snowshoes above shelter but was moving fast with snow coming down. |
