Comments
Comments: Wore spikes up until the Gorge Brook/Snapper split, then kept the shoes on the rest of the day. About 2 inches of fresh powder covered a mostly consolidated base until the summit, where the wind had scoured things pretty clean. Hard-packed up to the sign. Lots of people out: bare boots, spikes, shoes. Trail should be in good shape until the next storm.
