Comments
Comments: The trail was in great shape pretty much the whole way. With the rain the day before, between the peaks had crunchy snow drifts, but the rest of the trail was nicely packed. We started in bare boots, put snow shoes on after crossing Little River. Snowshoes because it was a little soft and it just felt like it would be easier walking in snowshoes. The higher we got the crunchier the trail got. The trail after N. Twin got narrow and the frozen trees liked to grab you or pull your hair, but we got through it fine. 2 of us took our snowshoes off at the hut and spiked the rest of the way out.
