One of the bridges, about half way up the 19 Mile Brook trail has been mostly washed away but is still passable. |

Went from 19 Mile over Carter Dome to the hut and then up Wildcats and down the ski run. A last day of winter hike but the conditions were pretty warm and I was in a T-shirt for most of the day (I would guess in the 60's). I used microspikes for most of the day. Monorail higher up. Some part of the trail are melted, other with snow and also some icy rocks where traction is definately needed.
Staff at Wildcat were very friendly and helpful. |
