 | Comments: |
2-3 inches of loose, unconsolidated powder on top of firm icy crust. I used newly sharpened spikes door-to-door and didn't have trouble, but snowshoes would've been nice for the televators and extra traction on the steeper sections. Passed many groups of snowshoers, but it was so cold that the fresh snow probably won't pack down for a bit. |
