Started off bare-booting but too much like walking in uncompacted beach sand, so the snowshoes went on and that helped considerably. The steeper sections were not too icy. Plenty of trees to grab on the way down. Thanks to the previous snow-shoe-ers for breaking the trail earlier this week. The trail is like a sidewalk now.
