Comments
Comments: Shoulder season conditions with powder ranging from 2" to about 14" deep. About an inch of snow powder from last night.

The first tenth or two was very bony with only a couple of inches. A little bit more above the kiosk, and then above the water crossing.

Beyond the stonewall, the snow depth picks up on the Jeep road, with some drifting.

Overall, still a bit boney, but too much to easily Microspike. Light snowshoes (e.g. Dions) would be ideal.

Did not think there was enough new snow Piper-Whiteface Link to adequately cover the large blue ice patches.

Cold morning with clearing skies and temperatures in the teens.
