Comments
Comments: A beautiful day to break out the Hancocks. The storm didn't hit these trails super hard, so most of the trail had somewhere between 4-6". Just enough for snowshoes door-to-door, but not enough to cover all the pesky rocks. A very nice base is forming and while the ridge post holes from a few weeks back are still visible, snowshoers from the past couple of weeks have done a good job cleaning the trail up.
This one should be snowshoes only for at least a few more days as a really good base forms.
Please wear snowshoes on this one. The base is almost perfect.
Please. Wear. Snowshoes.
