What a lovely day! Forecasts were pretty meh but it was an amazing day out on the trails. I was very grateful to everyone who hiked Saturday and posted their reports; they really helped show that the rain - while annoying - didn't ruin everything. Wind was very strong but the sun came out just in time for the summit and then the south side of the mountain towards the hut was blessedly calm and quiet. |
