Comments
Comments: Just sharing that the snowmobiles have been out making access to these peaks a little bit easier. Off trail about 8"-12" of powder. I parked at Three Ponds and went up road to the snowmobile trails picking up the flagged trail for Downing and then over and down on a decent line avoiding the ledges and boulders. For Eagle West if you are following my tracks take the first ones that go in on the left for an easier ascent or go up the trail further before the bench overlooking the lake for a more spicy route. For Black Hill where my tracks went in I pushed up the steeper sections and should have kept pushing to the left for and easier ascent. I had a good descent and came out at the longer, big bridge which might be easier to go in. Not ideal, but it got me there and back! Enjoy
